The National Kidney Federation webinar series continues…

Join us on Wednesday 3rd June at 5pm via Zoom for our webinar, Caring for Your Dialysis Access Line While Going About Your Day-to-Day Life.

We will be joined by Josie Carter, a Renal Home Therapies Manager at Basildon & Thurrock Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. Josie brings with her more than 15 years of experience in renal nursing and a huge amount of insight across both centre-based and home dialysis.

This webinar will focus on keeping your dialysis access line clean and safe, reducing the risk of infection, and handling everyday situations such as washing, dressing, travelling and staying active. You’ll also hear helpful advice from healthcare and insights from patients who are successfully managing their dialysis alongside daily life.

Whether you’re new to dialysis or have been managing it for some time, this session will provide reassurance, practical guidance and the opportunity to learn how others are maintaining their independence.

After the presentation from our guest speakers, the floor will open for a Q&A session.
